Tae-soo Park is a Korean gangstar who was the prior Boss of Sun-Ken Rock. He serves as Ken Kitano's protector through out the story. Letting Ken be the boss while he takes care of the underhanded businesses of the mafia for him.

Tae-Soo is a Korean man of above average height. He has straight shoulder length black hair, strands of hair framing his face. Both his ears have three ear lobe piercings that sport a cross for each ear. He is mostly seen in a black Valentino suit or a trench coat. On his left hand he wears one ring on his ring-finger, and on his right he wears two rings- one on his ring finger and the other on his middle finger.
In the Training Arc we see Tae-soo undressed, revealing scars on his chest as well as a large tattoo of a dragon spiraling down his to the middle of his back.
Personality[]
Before Sun-Ken Rock, he was striving for his own goal to get back his Father's casino, and with this goal, he had in mind to build his own nation. He has a strong opinion of how a gang and nation work, comparing a nation to that of a gang.
"'Gang,' 'Nation,' and 'Monopoly Corporation' are all classified as the same thing. Especially 'Gang' and 'Nation,' they are essentially the same concept. A nation has its unique territories called land and citizens. It doesnt tolerate invasion from other nations and its defense involves armed combat if necessary. The use of violence while defending its region is one characteristic gangs and nations have in common, To maintain its organization, a nation creates laws and collects taxes from its citizens." ―Tae-Soo Park, Level. 2
He later goes on to clarify that he does not refuse the concept of nations, nor is he an anarchist.
Tae-soo is a man of his word and very loyal, though his actions may contradict his loyalty, he is thinking about Ken's best outcome 100% of the time. He protects Ken from the darker parts of running the mafia and deals with them himself.
He is very business oriented, when he has a goal in mind, such as building an empire along side ken, he will do his absolute to follow through with achieving that goal.
History[]
Three years prior to the events of Sun-Ken Rock, Tae-soo's Father was the one who owned Imperial Casino. But after his father was killed and the casino's ownership was taken, Tae-soo spent those 3 years trying to regain the ownership of the casino.
In Level. 25 we get a scene of Tae-soo having a nightmare about the events 3 years ago. His father killed by one of his subordinates.
It's known that he has many mafia connections because of his Father. In Level. 46 we see him talk with Don Prego.
